Restart your device
In many cases, restarting your device can help resolve technical issues. It's a simple and effective first step to try when troubleshooting technical issues. It helps to eliminate small glitchs.
Clear cache
If you regularly clean your browser's cache and temporary internet files, this can help improve the performance of your computer or device. This can also help resolve issues such as slow website loading times or incorrect formatting on a web page.
In Google Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More.

Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Select “cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”

Click Clear data.
Use incognito mode
Using Incognito mode can avoid cache-related issues. And if you suspect that an extension or a setting in your browser is causing the problem, you can test it by opening the same website in Incognito mode. This can help you determine whether the problem is with the browser or the website itself.
Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n
Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
Or click the menu button on the right top, and tap the InPrivate window.
