Suspension / Reactivation

If you didn’t make a payment for an extension, your number will be suspended.
The service term of the US plan is 30 days. The new service term will start the next day after the previous service end date.
ex) If your service starts on March 7, the end date will be April 5. And if you paid before the service ended, the new service will start on April 6.
We will keep your number for 90 days after termination.
So, you can retrieve your number within 90 days. However, a $10+tax reactivation fee will be chargeable after 30 days.
After 90 days, your number will be deleted.
Your new service terms will consider the payment day.
ex) If your account was terminated on August 15, We will keep your number until November 10. And If you want to retrieve your number before September 13, we will reactivate your account for free. But, If you request reactivation after September 13, a $10+tax reactivation fee will be charged.
